Returns & Refunds

Every purchase on BuildPreview comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work as described, or you cannot get it running with our help, you get a full refund — no interrogation, no resubmission hoops. Products are delivered digitally, so there is nothing to ship back; a refund is the return.

• The source code does not match the description or feature list on the product page.
• The package cannot be installed on a supported hosting environment and our support team cannot resolve it within the support window for your license.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the deliverables — contact us and we will either swap it or refund it.
• Duplicate purchase of the same product (double charge).

1. Email the refund request from the address used for the purchase to the contact address below.

2. Include your order reference and the email used at checkout.

3. Tell us briefly what went wrong — this helps us improve the product, but is not required for approval.

4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (the "merchantReturnDays" window also declared in our product data).
• One refund per product per customer. A refunded license is revoked: do not keep, use, or redeploy the source code after a refund.
• Custom development work, customization services, and deployment services are governed by their own service agreements rather than this policy.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee (repeated purchase-refund cycles).

BuildPreview products are sold under a Single Domain License. A refund terminates that license. Continued use of refunded source code in production is not permitted. If you are unsure whether a product fits your project before buying, use the public demo or ask us first — we would rather answer questions than process refunds.
